Christmas Mini Information



The Christmas Minis are fast approaching and there are some important information you should be aware of for your session.

Please read carefully for a few important notes regarding parking, access and where to go for your session.



Getting there

Address: Whispering Pines Xmas Tree Farm

21 Oneills Road, Tyabb, 3913

Please come to the entrance at 21 Oneills Road, once you've arrived you can park at the end of the driveway in front of the big shed. There might be multiple photographers shooting that day so you may need to park on the road. Once you've arrived, I will come to meet you.

Session Information

I will have all the props and decorations but if you have any special momentous, please feel free to bring them along.

Please try to arrive 10 minutes early for your session and head down to the location to get

ready for your session. They are short sessions, so you want to be early and prepared. If you are concerned that 15 minutes is not long enough, please contact me and I can see if I can book you a double session.

Payment

Cash on the day of your booking is preferred but I will send out the payment invoice if you wish to bank transfer.

Pets

Yes, you can absolutely bring your pup, but it must stay on a lead the entire session.

What to wear

This is probably my most asked question, what do we wear? Your personality and comfortability is the most important part of your outfits, but I always suggest light, neutral colours such as white, beige, black, mustard, dark green and brown. If you’d like to get extra festive, pops of red, matching sets or Christmas jumpers are always fun!

Bad Weather

If the day of your booking is poor weather, we can reschedule to another Christmas mini date provided.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your booking, I require 24 hours notice. If you cancel on the day of your booking or no show, I will be charging a $100 fee (as stated on the booking contract).
